When the Mikey bass guitar was introduced to Victor Wooten at his October 16th concert at the Opera House in Toronto, he remarked that it is a fine instrument. He said he liked the design of this convertible guitar. After checking out the sound and the ease of switching between fretted and fretless modes he passed it around to the other members of his band to try out. He truly believes this instrument has a future and will be sought after by many professional musicians. This is an idea whose time has come.
